Senior Manager, Client Experience Digital

The East Geo of Weber Shandwick is seeking digitally driven account support specializing in integrated communication campaigns to join our high-energy, high-performance team. 

The ideal candidate should have a passion for integrated media campaigns spanning Strategy, Creative & Production, Paid Media, Earned Media, Digital Influencer, and Reporting & Analytics to develop and share brand stories across platforms. To be successful in this role, this individual must have a solid background in digital marketing that includes account management of cross-channel programs – from strategy to execution to measurement – including all day-to day elements of program execution. The candidate will have the ability to successfully collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced environment, oversee junior account team members with accountability across all aspects of the work we do – from partnering with internal teams as well as external partners and sub-contractors. 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Experience with surround sound media campaigns including online (social, search, digital display, streaming audio) and offline (TV, radio, print, OOH) channels 
  • Deep experience within cross-channel digital marketing strategy and execution, working closely with different teams including creative, media, planning, analytics and earned media
  • Socially astute with the ability to tactfully manage complex client and inter-agency relationships 
  • Client-facing experience delivering updates, managing calls and distributing information across internal teams in a timeline or organized approach
  • Strong creative sensibility and attention to detail. Must be able to clearly translate creative feedback and be a collaborator and leader in the creative process from concept to execution 
  • Experience in partnering with Project Management to deliver on project plans, calendars, and workflow processes 
  • Strong attention to detail to support and lead QA/proofing across a high volume of creative placements and client presentation materials
  • Keen interest in staying current with industry trends and updates that directly and indirectly affect our clients and our digital practice

  • Technical: Skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-Oriented: Whether it’s a strategy presentation or monthly insights reporting, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering clear and precise work is essential.

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Be a demonstrated self-starter and work well within a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team to deliver client success 
  • Provide client counsel while serving as a strategic driver for client meetings and presentations 
  • Expand the digital deliverables and offerings for our team 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of paid, owned and earned programs, connecting the dots with multiple projects. 
  • Efficiently manage client and team resources and deliverables around major campaigns and projects
  • Write content briefs and deliver on project timelines
  • Manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously, while managing budgets and staffing around programs and campaigns
  • Have excellent organization and time management skills
  • Have very strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Be able and eager to quickly learn new systems, tools, approaches and platforms
  • Effectively manage client and team expectations around timelines, work, and deliverables 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 2 years management experience leading small groups and projects.  
  • 5-7 years of experience in a PR/communications role with expertise in writing, plan development, media relations strategy and execution, event management, social content, measurement and monitoring.  
  • Bachelor’s Degree.  
  • Strong experience with both large-scale and start-up business environments preferred.
