The Opportunity

We are looking for an Intern to join our team who can provide support to multiple account teams simultaneously. As an Intern, you will support work related to the client’s business, industry, as well as our core employee engagement and change management offerings.

What You Will Be Doing

Client

  • Serve as support on multiple client teams by developing materials, creating key client liaison materials (i.e. agendas and call recaps) and managing project trackers and in fast-paced environment
  • Serve as daily client contact on small-to-mid-sized accounts, demonstrating the ability to identify a problem and propose a resolution that is both thoughtful and effective
  • Participate regularly in client meetings and presentations with senior guidance
  • Support in liaison with in-house and third-party design teams and vendors to ensure projects meet client deadlines

Writing

  • Under senior guidance, develop communications and content tailored to clients’ unique organizational profiles and challenges
  • Draft key messaging and execute on materials proposed in plans, including, but not limited to leader communications, employer narratives, town hall slide decks, internal creative collateral and internal social communications

Business Development

  • Participate in new business opportunities by helping develop research and other content for RFPs under the guidance of senior team members
  • Contribute to financial process by developing monthly activity reports to accompany invoices, submitting purchase orders, etc.
  • Commit to learning about employee engagement and change management and stay apprised of industry trends by researching and sharing content with team members

  • Consistently meets (sometimes tight) deadlines
  • Emphasizes attention to detail and quality
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and work across all levels and practices of the agency

Basic Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate must be a college graduate by start of internship
  • Available to work full-time from June to July 2023

NYC Salary range: $15.00 – $15.00

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
