Senior Associate, Client Experience

Weber Shandwick Detroit has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate, Client Experience Digital to join our team. We are looking for a digital specialist to lead and execute large-scale digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media and creative development, and will serve as day-to-day Client contact for a global automotive brand.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Lead day-to-day management of client workflows, from meeting management, refining client deliverables, consolidating feedback, leading client calls
  • Lead day-to-day aspects of internal cross-functional team (e.g. creative briefing, analytics reporting, etc.)
  • Liaison between a cross-functional team which includes Creative, Integrated Media, Influencer, Strategy and Analytics, with input on strategies and tactics
  • Communicate to client, account teams and creative teams on project developments, timelines and results 
  • Work with creative team to provide briefing materials to support the creation of digital creative 
  • Support creative ideation on a consistent basis and provide thoughtful recommendations 
  • Serve as a day-to-day contact during program execution with peers, as appropriate
  • Help develop and manage timelines and action plans to ensure deadlines are met
  • Update status documents and project trackers on a regular basis 
  • Route and publish social content on a regular basis

 

COMPETENCIES:

  • Be a demonstrated self-starter and work well within a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team 
  • Have excellent organization and time management skills 
  • Have a passion and experience for digital marketing and social media, and stay ahead of the curve on industry developments 
  • Community management or content management experience a plus 
  • Experience activating paid media campaigns a plus  
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently 
  • Ability to assign priorities and meet due dates 
  • Social media platforms and community management tools including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube  

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree; 3+ years of related professional experience
  • Thorough understanding digital media and creative development
  • Experience working with an inter-agency environment
