A snapshot of the role:

Weber Shandwick are excited to be growing the People team and recruiting a new HR BP to join Reporting into the SVP HR, UK; the HRBP will partner key stakeholders in the UK. Working with the leadership team you will execute a people strategy that aligns with business goals, supports its continued growth and development, enhances the culture and maximizes the experience for every employee within the business.

This is an exciting time to join the team following a number of acquisitions and growth, the successful candidate will be instrumental in the next stage of organisational transformation. With this in mind we are looking for someone passionate and excited to join us on this journey in supporting the leadership team in implementing real change for the UK.

    Experienced in scoping and managing projects particularly around enhancing the employee experience; Drives the use of data & metrics in analysing trends and gaps and making decisions

    Ability to motivate and coach teams, someone who leads by example and strives to nurture potential and grow people’s careers

 

Ideal Experience Required:

  • The ideal candidate will have strong previous experience in a HR BP or equivalent position, ideally with some time spent in the tech industry
  • Broad experience across the talent and employee lifecycle; DEI, ER, Change Management, Employee Experience, performance development etc
  • Agility in working style – demonstrated ability to work against tight timelines, be nimble and to work collaboratively
  • Able to lead, manage upwards, be proactive with stakeholders & roll sleeves up to get involved in the detail if needed
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the capability to present and influence
  • Possess intellectual/emotional curiosity about culture and impact on human behaviour
  • Committed to the highest standards of work quality and elevating the department
  • Strong team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coach and develop others
  • Be an ambassador for the company, live the values of the wider business and take time to build useful relationships within the company group (IPG)
