Weber Shandwick, a leading global communications and engagement firm, is seeking a Junior Art Director based in our Washington, DC office.

Core Responsibilities: This role will bring real value to client projects, ensuring all visual elements in a campaign are harmonious. You’ll develop creative assets (social and digital content, ads, illustrations and experiences) for the most well-known companies, nonprofits and consumer brands in the world.
In return for your enthusiasm and keen eye, we’ll give you the tools to do awesome work and build a standout portfolio. You’ll work closely with creative directors, client leads and copywriters who will partner with you to deliver breakthrough work.
Qualifications: You must have one year of relevant experience and be highly proficient in Advanced Photoshop, Advanced InDesign and Advanced Illustrator.
