What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Creative Director with either an art or copy background to support our rapidly growing healthcare creative practice. We are a tight-knit and heavily collaborative team, and we’re looking for you to help us move the needle of healthcare communications, infusing standout creativity into everything we do.
From videos to product launches to social campaigns, you’ll be working across diseases and medicines for a number of major pharmaceutical companies.
We need you to:
- Bring a high level of conceptual thinking to every project
- View ideas from an earned-first angle
- Manage a team of creatives across art and copy
- Develop and sell in bold creative ideas
- Think strategically. Always.
- Foster a culture of collaboration
Whether you’re shaping how medicines are perceived, influencing consumer choices, creatively capturing the excitement of novel science, or creating a community of patients around the world, we need you to put creativity over everything else.
More Nitty Gritty Stuff You Need
- 8-10 years of experience (agency experience mandatory)
- A genuine interest and curiosity in human health/healthcare
- An ability to develop ideas across channels (social, paid, earned and more)
- A thought leadership mindset
- An aptitude for multitasking
- A salesman-like ability to develop decks and sell ideas
