I’ve been part of Weber Shandwick since it was put together by the Interpublic Group in 2001. Before that, I was a co-founder in an independent firm in Minneapolis that was acquired by Shandwick.

In a big sense, I hold onto this quote by Mary Oliver: ‘Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?’ because it is about being intentional. At a more day-to-day level: ‘Listen well and pause from time to time.’
