‘Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.’ Or, repeated every day to my kids heading out to school: ‘Be smart, be kind, have fun with your friends.’ It’s ingrained.

Question and Answer

How long have you worked at Weber Shandwick?

More than 20 years. Amazing ride. Our firm constantly evolves, invents and grows. Client-centric, creative, problem-solving focus makes our job always dynamic and incredibly rewarding.

In five words or less, how would you describe your Weber Shandwick colleagues?

Genius, creative, collaborative, curious, talented.

What is the best restaurant / your favorite meal in NY?

Spice Market. Meat-Packing District, NYC. My favorite. Sadly closed its doors in 2016. Amazing food. Other Jean-Georges Vongerichten faves: JoJo, Vong and now Inn at Pound Ridge.

What is something people may not know about you?

I'm obsessed with golf. I started playing a year ago and now focus on perfecting. I also spent a day at Lime Rock racing a Porsche with an instructor and saw the speedometer up at 120 miles per hour. Speed is exhilarating.

What’s your passion outside of the workplace? What has it taught you that transfers to the office?

Helping others. For six years my kids and I built homes for homeless families in Tijuana, Mexico. Empathy, hard work and giving people the opportunity to grow came from Tijuana to the office. And gardening too is along the same lines.

What’s the coolest (or weirdest) place a project has taken you?

Wisconsin for a cheese factory photo shoot. Never knew wheels of cheese could be that huge!
