Weber Shandwick’s Greg Swan Named to PRWeek’s 2011 ’40 Under 40′ List 

MINNEAPOLIS – August 17, 2011 – Weber Shandwick today announced that vice president Greg Swan had been recognized by PRWeek as one of its 40 under 40. Swan leads a team that manages the U.S. Army’s award-winning digital and social media program from Weber Shandwick’s Minneapolis office. He helped the Army launch its first soldier blog, Army Strong Stories, which now boasts more than 600 soldiers and 2,000 posts, and advises dozens of clients and account teams on social media strategy.

Greg was helping companies engage in social media long before it became a buzzword, His commitment to staying ahead of the digital and social curve and his dedication to clients and colleagues, as well as his passion for digital innovation, clearly led to this national recognition.
