NEW YORK, DECEMBER 17, 2014 – Weber Shandwick announced today that the firm has been appointed agency of record for D.O. Ribera del Duero and D.O. Rueda as the two Spanish wine regions unite efforts to bring high quality wines to a new generation of wine drinkers in the United States.

Denominación de Origen (D.O.) is a designation awarded through Spain’s wine quality control system, aiding consumers in recognizing regions with D.O. status as producing products of a consistent quality and with specific characteristics.
