Weber Shandwick North America President Joy Farber Kolo was celebrated as a 2021 Female Frontier honoree in a virtual ceremony held by Campaign US yesterday. The annual awards program recognizes progressive, boundary-pushing female leaders across advertising, media, marketing and communications.

Prior to her current role, Farber Kolo was president of Weber Shandwick’s East region, with offices in New York, Boston and Atlanta. Previously she was general manager of the New York office, the agency’s headquarters. A 25-year veteran of the firm, she has been a key force behind much of the firm’s recognized work and industry accolades, which most recently include Campaign US PR Agency of the Year, PRWeek US Large Agency of the Year and PRovoke North America Agency of the Decade.
