Weber Shandwick cultivates a culture of collaboration and creativity made possible by various company programs designed to empower employees both in and outside of the workplace.

According to Ad Age, “top-ranked companies make an effort to show that they care about employees’ professional and personal futures. Leaders who put people first ensure that benefits, perks, environment and culture will foster an experience that supports both career and personal growth.”

This distinction follows several recognitions for the firm in 2018 including being named PRWeek U.S. and PRWeek Global Agency of the Year for four consecutive years (an industry first). The firm was also recently honored across three categories at the annual Diversity Distinction in PR Awards and ranked first on the Holmes Report’s annual Global Creative Index in November for the second consecutive year.
