Susan’s Story

Susan oversees global operations for The Weber Shandwick Collective (TWSC), which includes the network’s operating regions – NA, EMEA, LATAM and APAC – as well as TWSC’s 12 communications, marketing services and consulting brands.

Susan is a tenacious change agent and has been a key driver of Weber Shandwick’s success for more than 25 years, having held several prominent global roles throughout her tenure, including Chief Collaboration Officer and Chief Growth Officer.

An award-winning brand marketer, Susan began her career at Weber Shandwick as the leader of the consumer marketing practice in Chicago, ultimately taking the reins as general manager of the Chicago office, generating double digit growth and propelling the reputation of the flagship operation. Her next stop was as the leader of Weber Shandwick’s Brand group, the largest global practice area.

As global president, one of Susan’s hallmarks is her close connectivity with clients; a hands-on leader, she continues to provide senior counsel to many of TWSC’s largest and longest-tenured clients, including Nestlé and Anheuser-Busch. She is also responsible for directing Weber Shandwick’s values-based culture and its commitment to becoming the most inclusive organization in the industry.

Collaboration starts with the fundamental values we live at Weber Shandwick. It means bringing together diverse perspectives and talents to build the best solution for our clients.
