Weber Shandwick Named PR Agency of Record for American Cancer Society
WASHINGTON, D.C., April 16, 2015 – Weber Shandwick, one of the world’s leading global public relations firms, today announced that it has been selected as the strategic communications agency of record by the American Cancer Society, the nationwide, community-based, voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem. After a competitive process, the agency was chosen to support communications efforts about the Society’s cancer education and services programs.
