WHAT DO YOU DO AT WEBER SHANDWICK?
I serve as lead on a number of local client accounts, while also providing counsel and support for various national clients. One day, you might find me working with a graphic artist on an ad campaign for a client, or brainstorming with my team about a client event. On another day, I will spend my time talking to news editors to make sure that my client's press release has been read and will be covered in tomorrow's papers. There are days you might even find me stuffing envelopes with posters and brochures for an upcoming promotional campaign. This is the nature of being a part of Weber Shandwick - every day brings something new and exciting!

WHY WEBER SHANDWICK?
How many people can say they work with a team that spans the globe? I can! I constantly feel challenged and inspired to be better at what I do because being part of the Weber Shandwick team means I get to work with the best of the best.

HOW ARE YOU AN ADVOCATE?
I give my clients a voice by helping them craft what they want to say and spreading their messages to the people they need to reach. I give guidance when needed, support when called for and solutions when circumstances arise. Ultimately, being an effective advocate means you are responsible for protecting the interests of the person or people for whom you are advocating.

WHAT DOES ADVOCACY MEAN TO YOU?
Advocacy can exist in many forms - it can find you fighting for a cause, or speaking up for someone you feel has no voice of their own. It can mean helping an organization promote their programs and services, or a company to sell its products. No matter the form it takes, advocacy comes down to standing for something you are passionate about, influencing others to listen to what you have to say, and causing people to take action.
