Susan Howe is the President of the Chicago office of Weber Shandwick. She oversees the Chicago, St. Louis and Detroit operations and several of the firm’s major client relationships.

Susan has created strategic campaigns for many of the agency's long-standing consumer clients, including Kraft Foods, Unilever Home and Personal Care, and the Campbell Soup Company. She has specific expertise in food and nutrition, health and beauty and household products. Susan is responsible for overseeing consumer marketing programs from inception to execution, including integrated program development, account management and special event execution. She recently launched new products as varied as the Presidential $1 Coin and the Oscar Mayer Mini Wienermobile. The campaigns she has overseen have earned numerous industry awards.

Susan has also built innovative workplace initiatives focused on employee development and retention. Under her leadership, the Chicago office has been recognized by Crain's Chicago Business and Chicago Magazine as a top workplace, the only public relations firm in Chicago to be featured on both lists.

Prior to joining Weber Shandwick in 1996, Susan worked on the consumer teams at Hill and Knowlton and Edelman Worldwide.

Susan earned a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism. She and her husband live in Chicago, within walking distance of Wrigley Field and their beloved Chicago Cubs.
