Sofia Heidenberg joined Weber Shandwick as head of the Swedish office in August 2006. As manager of the firm’s Nordic hub, Sofia also oversees the affiliate offices in Denmark, Norway and Finland. She has 17 years’ PR experience with particular expertise in consumer and B2B marketing and crisis management. Client experience includes Johnson & Johnson, Pepsi, Co-op, SAS and Ericsson.
Prior to joining Weber Shandwick, Sofia led Swedish PR firm PRfabriken, which she founded in 2002. Sofia has also served as director of corporate communications at Skanska Group and the residential division of Skanska Nya Hem.
For ten years Sofia was senior advisor at Nordics communications firm JKL where she was responsible for media relations and events. She holds a degree in Journalism from Poppius School of Journalism, Stockholm.
