Lisa Sepulveda joined Weber Shandwick in August 2009 and is responsible for the sharing of best practices and coordinating global brands across the network. She manages multi-country assignments for Samsung, Amway and Weight Watchers.
Before joining Weber Shandwick, Lisa was the CEO of Euro RSCG Worldwide PR, managing the agency’s U.S. staff and operations while leading integrated and global teams across practices.
A consumer marketing specialist, Lisa shares a relentless desire to help clients outshine the competition, honed during her career where she spearheaded marketing initiatives and national campaigns, managing programs for such Fortune 500 companies as Sears, Georgia Pacific, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Schering-Plough, Unilever and Wyeth. She established the first industry consumer health practice in 1997, and led the notable Rx-to-OTC switches for both Advil and Claritin.
Among Lisa’s award-winning integrated campaigns is Dove’s entry into the beauty category and the launch of the Dove Campaign For Real Beauty. Other major launch work includes brand-building campaigns and programs for Acuvue, Barilla, Birdseye, Centrum, Coppertone, EPT, Lipton, Neosporin, Nicorette and Xenical.
Whether she’s leading teams to help companies improve their image, break a new product through the communications clutter or simply generate news, Lisa’s expertise in issues management, public education and coalition-building often comes to bear. She has established strong relationships working with such organizations as the American Cancer Society and the American Women in Radio & Television, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Department of Health & Human Services, the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports.
While in her corporate role she is responsible for driving client service, business growth and the agency’s bottom line, Lisa also manages to keep pace with her two spirited daughters and lives in Montebello, NY with her husband.
