LONDON, January 4, 2008 - Weber Shandwick announced today two senior Pan-European appointments to its EMEA Growth Team. Leo Rayman will join the company as EMEA Insight and Planning Director and Peter Jacob will be joining as EMEA New Business Director. Both will report to Richard Moss Executive Vice-President, European Brand Programmes.
Rayman is currently Strategy Director at Advertising Agency, DDB London. He will be responsible for building the insight and strategic capabilities of Weber Shandwick for blue chip clients across EMEA. At DDB, Rayman has been responsible for brand strategy, integrated communications planning and research. He has worked across a client portfolio including Volkswagen, Anheuser Busch and Dell. Prior to his time at DDB, Rayman spent five years at WWAV Rapp Collins.

Jacob is currently EMEA Sales and Marketing Director at Text 100. He will be responsible for Pan EMEA new business development at Weber Shandwick, building new business capabilities at a local and regional level and forging close and productive relationships with the wider Interpublic Group of companies. At Text 100, Jacob was responsible for working across 11 offices, coordinating new business and marketing efforts and building agency collaboration.
